Two of Hearts Chapel “Name Our Cupid” Contest Official Rules

1. Eligibility:
The “Name Our Cupid” Contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of Ontario who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Two of Hearts Chapel, Softy Signs, Vasia Tattoos, and their immediate families are not eligible.

2. Contest Period:
The Contest begins on September 26th, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on October 6, 2024 (the “Contest Period”).

3. How to Enter:
There are two ways to enter:

• Method 1 (Instagram): During the Contest Period, (a) follow @TwoOfHeartsChapel, @softy_signs, and @vasia on Instagram, and (b) comment on the Contest post on the @TwoOfHeartsChapel Instagram profile with your proposed name for the Cupid statue.

• Method 2 (No Purchase Necessary - Mail-In Entry): To enter without an Instagram account, legibly handprint your full name, age, telephone number, and your proposed Cupid name on a plain piece of paper and mail it to: Two of Hearts Chapel, Attn: Cupid Contest, 190 McCaul Street, Toronto, ON M5T 1W5. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately and be received prior to the end of the Contest Period.

4. Prize:
There is one (1) prize available to be won. The total approximate retail value is $1,500 CAD. The prize package consists of:

• Photography Session: One (1) 1-hour photoshoot with the Two of Hearts Chapel house photographer for one (1) or two (2) people. The session can be used for engagements, friendships, portraits, or any other creative purpose. The winner will receive one (1) roll of film and fifty (50) digital photos, consisting of thirty-five (35) raw images and fifteen (15) edited images. (Value: $750)

• Mini Cupid Statue: One (1) mini Cupid statue created by Softy Signs. (Value: $350)

• Tattoo Art by Vasia: The winner may choose one (1) of the following two options:

  • a) Matching Tattoos: One (1) session for two (2) small matching flash tattoos.

  • b) Credit Toward 2 small flash pieces: A $400 credit to be applied toward a two small flash tattoos with any balance beyond $400 to be paid by the winner.
    (Value: $400)

The winner is not required to claim the tattoo portion of the prize. No cash equivalent or substitution will be provided for any portion of the prize that is not claimed. The winner will have one (1) year from the date they are declared a winner (until October 6, 2025) to claim and schedule the photoshoot and tattoo services on mutually agreeable dates. The winner is responsible for any costs associated with traveling to the chapel and tattoo studio in Toronto, ON.

5. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected on or about October 7, 2024, from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The winner will be selected by Hannah Stein, owner of Two of Hearts Chapel, based on the creativity of the submitted Cupid name. The judging is subjective and at her sole discretion. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. You can comment as many times

6. Winner Notification:
The potential winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:

• Correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.

• Sign a declaration and release form confirming compliance with the rules and accepting the prize as awarded.

• Provide proof of Ontario residency and age.

7. General:
This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Softy Signs, or Vasia. By entering, you release Instagram from any liability. You are providing your information to Two of Hearts Chapel, not to Instagram. The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. Two of Hearts Chapel reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All decisions by Two of Hearts Chapel are final.

8. Privacy:
Any personal information collected will be used only for the purposes of administering the contest.
